SoftExpert Mobility launches MedExpert BI, which is a business intelligence application dedicated to pharmaceutical representation offices, manufacturers and distributors.
MedExpert BI has two mechanisms for external data import:
• sales data from distributors and from the two multinational campanies which provide market data in Romania
• promotion data which are automatically generated in CRM applications (MedExpert CRM or others).
In the same time, the application generates, on the basis of the imported data, KPI dashboards, analysis and performance reports, both as charts and tables, which allows the users (generally top and middle managers) to have a quick view of the sales team effectiveness.
MedExpert BI is integrated in MedExpert CRM.
